Flatness and roughness requirements for sealing end faces The flatness deviation of sealing end faces shall not exceed 0.0009mm; the maximum allowable value of roughness R of metal sealing end faces is 0.2μm, and the maximum allowable value of roughness R of non-metallic material end faces is 0.4μm. 2. The parallelism of the sealing end faces of the stationary ring and the rotating ring to the end faces in contact with the auxiliary sealing ring shall comply with the 7th grade tolerance of GB 1184-80 "Shape and position tolerances - Provisions for unmarked tolerances". 3. The maximum allowable value of surface roughness R of the contact area between the stationary ring and the rotating ring and the auxiliary sealing ring is 3.2μm, and the outer circle or inner hole size tolerance is h8 or H8.
