Mechanical seal troubleshooting

      Due to long-term high-torque mechanical movement of equipment such as mechanical seals, the meshing gap of the gearbox becomes larger, causing greater noise and equipment vibration. In addition, the sealing part operates at high speed and high temperature for a long time, and oil leakage from the sealing part often occurs. The following reasons cause leakage at the sealing part: 1. Leakage caused by oil seal quality problems; 2. Improper lubrication management, resulting in excessive oil addition or dry grinding due to lack of oil; 3. Damage to the seal during maintenance, causing seal failure; 4.
