I. Overview
Corrugated pipe is a pipe connection with excellent performance and is widely used in industrial production and daily life. As an important pipeline material, the production and use of corrugated pipes need to follow a series of implementation standards. These standards are designed to regulate the quality and performance of corrugated pipes and ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
At present, the internationally recognized bellows implementation standards mainly include ISO, EN, ASME, etc.; while domestically, there are national and industry standards such as GB, JB, SH and so on. These standards have detailed regulations and technical requirements for the manufacturing, inspection, use, and maintenance of bellows, ensuring the quality and safety of bellows.
2. Domestic bellows implementation standards
1. GB/T 14525-2010: Metal corrugated pipes
This standard is one of my country's industry standards and is applicable to the manufacture and use of polyethylene corrugated pipes, aluminum-plastic composite corrugated pipes and metal corrugated pipes. This standard specifies the requirements for bellows dimensions, materials, working pressure, temperature range, surface treatment, inspection methods and packaging.
2. JB/T 2379-2011: Welding and installation of metal corrugated pipes
This standard is also one of my country's industry standards. It mainly stipulates the technical requirements for welding and installation of metal bellows, including surface treatment, connection methods, size requirements, welding processes, test methods, etc.
3. SH/T 3408-2012: Metal corrugated pipes used in petrochemical industry
This standard applies to metal bellows used in the petrochemical industry. It stipulates the technical requirements for the design, selection, manufacturing, inspection and installation of bellows, and comprehensively ensures the safety of bellows in the petrochemical industry.
