Typical Industries: Chemical processing (resin & adhesive lines), edible oil & food fat plants, asphalt & roofing membrane production, polyurethane equipment, and general industrial lubrication systems.
Installation Note: Compact working length allows direct drop-in replacement into tight gear-pump stuffing boxes without modifying the pump housing.
Compatible Pumps: Roper® external gear pumps (Series 150, 160, 3600, 6200 etc. with stuffing box configuration matching W03/W04), Viking® external gear pumps (Standard Series, Universal Seal Series – verify stuffing box depth), other positive displacement gear pumps accepting AES W03/W04 pattern double bellow seals.
