• Non-Sparking: Carbon faces are non-sparking, making them safer for handling flammable solvents than metal-to-metal contact.
• Heat Dissipation: The low coefficient of friction generates minimal heat, preventing the vaporization of volatile chemicals at the seal face.
Key Features
• Chemical Plant Standard: A versatile cartridge seal featuring premium Carbon Graphite faces for broad chemical resistance.
• Inert & Self-Lubricating: Ideal for solvents, light acids, and non-abrasive chemicals where lubricity is poor. Carbon survives dry starts.
• Impregnated Grades: Available with Resin or Antimony impregnated carbon to tailor chemical resistance and hardness to specific aggressive media.

Case Study
Solvent Recovery: A plant recycling acetone faced seal failures due to the low viscosity fluid causing face heat. We installed this Carbon Cartridge. The self-lubricating carbon ran cool, preventing flashing and extending MTBF by 200%.
Testimonials
We standardized on this Carbon/SiC cartridge for all our clean chemical services. It's forgiving, reliable, and cost-effective.

FAQs about Metal Bellows Seals for High Temperature Pumps
Q: Can I use this for caustic soda?
A: For strong caustics (high pH), standard resin-carbon may degrade. We recommend upgrading to Sintered SiC vs. Sintered SiC faces for caustic service. Carbon is best for acids, solvents, and neutral fluids.

Our company is specialized in the production of sealing materials, mechanical seals , cartridge seals.
