• Zero Emissions: An advanced non-contacting gas mechanical seal designed for monoblock pumps handling hazardous or environmentally sensitive fluids.

• Gas Lift Technology: Uses spiral grooves on the seal face of the dry gas mechanical seal to create a cushion of inert gas (Nitrogen), separating the faces and preventing contact, ensuring zero wear operation.

• Low Power & Wear: Because the faces don't touch, friction and power consumption are negligible, and the eagleburgmann dry gas seal faces do not wear out.

• Compact Cartridge: Engineered to fit into the limited space of a monoblock pump, this dry gas mechanical seal cartridge brings compressor-level gas seal technology to standard pumps, providing a reliable monoblock pump seal upgrade.

• Safety Barrier: Ensures absolute containment of process vapors, making it ideal for API 682 Category 2 or 3 services.
