• Reaction Bonded vs. Sintered: We offer cost-effective Reaction Bonded SiC for general abrasion and premium Sintered SiC for extreme chemical inertness.
• Flush Ports: Integrated flush ports allow for external cooling or cleaning of the seal faces (API Plan 11/32).
Key Features
• The "Hard" Cartridge: A general-purpose cartridge seal featuring Silicon Carbide faces as standard, replacing softer carbon-face cartridges.
• Universal Durability: Designed for a wide range of industrial applications involving abrasive fluids, chemicals, and dirty water.
• Pre-Set Reliability: Factory-assembled cartridge design eliminates installation errors, ensuring the SiC faces are perfectly aligned and loaded.

Case Study
Wastewater Treatment: A municipal plant used cartridge seals with carbon faces that wore out quickly due to grit. We upgraded them to this SiC Cartridge. The hard faces resisted the grit, tripling the MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
Testimonials
Standardizing on SiC cartridges has saved us so much downtime. We don't worry about what's in the water anymore.

FAQs about Metal Bellows Seals for High Temperature Pumps
Q: Is SiC better than Carbon?
A: For abrasion resistance, yes. SiC is much harder. However, Carbon has better self-lubricating properties. Use SiC for dirty fluids, Carbon for clean/dry fluids.
